Club House Wait Staff – Full Time – Millbrook, NY

The Orvis Sandanona facility is hiring at its Clubhouse! We offer daytime shifts between 10am – 4pm with occasional morning/evening events. Join our fun and family-oriented team in a great work atmosphere. And enjoy a 50% Orvis store discount and free meal at the end of each shift.

Position Interfaces

This position reports directly to the Sandanona General Manager. The position will also interface daily with Retail/Office Manager, guides, trappers, instructors, front desk staff, and retail associates.

General Responsibilities:

• Adherence to all health department guidelines
• Adherence to Orvis core values and behavior/dress codes
• Dining Room and Kitchen duties, including but not limited to:
  • Setting tables and stocking supplies
  • Order taking
  • Food service
  • Clean-up
  • Food preparation
  • Kitchen chores

Requirements:

• Ability to work at a fast pace with a friendly attitude – “quick on your feet and quick with a smile”
• Willingness to lend a helping hand to your team members
• Wait experience preferred but not required – we will train
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workspace by following all safety policies and procedures
